Job Description:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for providing accounting support to accounting team, supervisor and other managers within the department and organization with various accounting duties.
JOB ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Manage the incoming / outgoing mail and packages for the company.
General filing.
Upload documents into the Oracle accounting software.
Audit / review T&E expenses for the company utilizing the Concur software.
Create manual purchase orders.
Assist in managing the corporate leased car program.
Reconciling / analyze accounting statements.
Process invoices - including managing certain vendors, obtaining approval, and recording data in Oracle software.
Manage assigned accounts in the general ledger.
Answering inquiries and daily communications within the company, clients, and vendors.
Reconciling / managing airline ticketing process (ARC).
Other duties as necessary.
