HCA's Kendall Regional Medical Center is seeking a founding program director for the new orthopaedic surgery residency program planned to start in 2023.
Qualified Candidates:
Board certified in orthopaedic surgeryTotal Joint or Adult Reconstructive fellowship a plusMinimum of 4 years clinical experience post residency/fellowshipMinimum of 2 years of experience as an associate program director of an ACGME-accredited orthopedic surgery program or 3 years of leadership positions at an academic medical center or healthcare facilityMust have excellent communication skills - bilingual in Spanish is a plusDesire to develop an orthopaedic surgery residency program50% administration/50% patient careProgram will eventually have 10 residents (adding 2 per year)Incentive/Benefits Package:
