employees.
Job responsibilities include reviewing timesheets, ensure proper deductions and allocations are added to system, prepare bi-weekly payroll and reports, reconcile insurance invoices, be able to communicate effectively with employees on payroll matters such as timeclock, pay information, accessing pay statements, etc.
Post job advertisements, pre-screen and interview candidates for available positions within the company, process new hire paperwork, manage and update personnel files accordingly, maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource file, records and documentation, respond to inquiries from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Candidates need to be bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
