Business Development Manager- Consulting - Global Financial Transactions Company (Miami, FL)

Job Summary The role will to be part of the consulting team that participate in the the execution of the Consulting business plan for Latin America in coordination with the Americas and Global hierarchy and corresponding strategies.
The manager will be working with financial indicators to measure the credit and debit card business performance (ROI, RAROC, Top KPIs) including stand-alone profit and loss statements in Latin America and the Caribbean markets.
Job Scope - Consult with banks through analytical models using Visa analytical capacities to enhance client s Credit and Debit portfolios.
- Coordinate consulting pipeline and resources with local sales and products teams.
- Follow-up on implementation of the projects delivered and make sure the recommendations were put into practice.
- Tailor international best practices and solutions to clients, including expert models and seminars.
- Define specific thresholds for the different business indicators based on Client capabilities and market conditions.
- Assess marketing profitability (intelligent marketing based upon transactional, proprietary and public data analysis).
- Negotiate with clients, interacting with several internal and external stakeholders for the tactical definition and implementation of Consultancy initiatives for the Latin American and Caribbean market.
- Experience working with the banking industry, including legal and regulatory compliance across Latin America and the Caribbean Qualifications -Minimum 8 years experience in retail or payments industry.
-Bachelors degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
-Significant Sales and/or Industry Management experience.
-Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance including P&L responsibility.
-Experience managing a team of people; proven leadership experience.
-Fluent in Spanish and English, preferable Portuguese -Excellent communications skills, written and verbal and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations.
- Excellent business planning and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage multiple levels of management in key decisions where required for the business.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking operations and/ or payment schemes, including products & services, business systems and processes; card acquiring experience desired - Excellent presentation skills.
- Manage & grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
