We are a commercial contractor specializing in high end interiors:
restaurant, retail, office and airport concessions.
Must have the ability to understand building plans, contracts, regulations and specifications.
Must also possess excellent problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
The Superintendent will be responsible for one or more construction projects simultaneously.
The Superintendent will work with project managers, general contractors and city officials on a daily basis Core Responsibilities Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
Maintains an organized job site and construction office.
Orders materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the progress of the work.
Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to the contract documents.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and owners, including.
Report to, and carry out the direction of the Project Manager with respect to field operations and overall construction schedule.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and all employees.
Maintaining thorough familiarity with the requirements of the general contract and ensuring that the requirements are carried out by all entities.
Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent Minimum 5 years of previous field superintendent experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work in a team environment Must be self:
