Knowledge and experience of civil engineering principles and advanced knowledge of concepts, principles and practices of structural engineering Knowledge and experience applying the principles of design and construction of building and structures as they relate to present day building code requirements for reinforced concrete structures Knowledge of and ability to review and evaluate building construction documents for accuracy and compliance with state and local laws and regulations Knowledge and skill using a variety of computer programs and technology used in solving engineering problems Core competencies:
