Inspect incoming paperwork to ensure accuracy of part number and serial number and determine work to be performed :
Conduct preliminary inspection for damage and cleanliness and verify modification status and conformity :
Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, rebuilding, overhauling and parts requisitioning of aircraft avionics electrical systems :
Assist in performing functional testing, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, rebuilding overhauling and parts requisitioning of aircraft avionics electronic, radio and instrument systems :
Perform return:
to:
service testing of aircraft avionics systems, complete necessary paperwork as required, and inspect paperwork for completeness :
Fabricate, perform routine maintenance and certification of test equipment and/or ground support equipment (GSE) as required :
May perform Designated Inspector (DI) function as qualified by QA :
Read and interpret schematics, engineering documents, and maintenance manuals :
Operate and interpret aircraft avionics test/diagnostic equipment :
Solder :
Use small hand tools, for example, tweezers and eyeloops :
Operate Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and interpret results :
Recognize potential electrical hazards in order to prevent injury to self and/or others Qualifications :
You have a minimum of 3 years A/C avionics work experience :
You have avionics technical training :
You must have experience with aircraft return to service and inspection procedures :
You own Basic set of hand tools :
You can read and understand electrical engineering drawings :

You have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather :

You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with assigned employees, other business areas, contractors, and customers :

You have the ability to work alone and unsupervised :
You have strong troubleshooting skills :
You must have or be able to obtain a Passport :

You have the ability to obtain a Bombardier Corporate Credit Card :
You have basic PC skills :
