Inside Sales Representative
o Paid Training - For the first 4 weeks you will receive a $500 per week salary. After the training period you will turned to a commission only sales rep where you have Unlimited earning potential. ( Sales reps are averaging $700 to $1500 per week)
o NO COLD CALLING - (We OWN Our LEADS!) 75% of the leads are inbound calls that you will be answering. All outbound calls are customers that have visited one of our websites and filled out a quote form in the last 24 hours.
o All Customers Are Interested In Our Products & Services -- We market to customers nationwide and our brokers must be able to proudly serve each and every one of them.
REQUIRED
o Minimum of 1 year inside or outside sales experience
o Call Center /Outbound & Inbound Sales experience
o Profitable selling capabilities
o Proficient in telephone and e-mail communication
o Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and other co-workers
o Driven and motivated by opportunity
o Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
o Open schedule availability
o Must pass a background checkEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
