Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Warehousing & Logistics
Location: Miami, FL
Compensation: Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission Plan
Job Duties:
Responsible for finding, developing, and closing new warehousing & logistics business in FL and in the Caribbean & Latin America regions.
Develop an understanding of the customer's requirements, business environment and strategy to ensure significantly higher revenues and increased customer satisfaction.
Visit potential and existing clients, as needed.
Develop and maintain a strong network of relationships across the industry to identify, cultivate and deliver warehousing & logistics solutions.
Job Requirements:
7
years of Sales experience, specifically selling warehouse & logistics services.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Required.
Pre-existing book of business totaling $1,000,000 in annual revenue highly preferred.
Experience and knowledge of the maritime, warehousing and/or logistics industry required.
Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Goal driven, self-motivated, and hunter sales mentality.
Impeccable communication skills, Strong work ethic and results oriented.
Skillful negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
