REQUIREMENTS:
10
years of current and progressive management experience within the Streaming media, cable & satellite TV & Radio industries (working directly in these industries or providing services into them)
Current and strong background in business unit leadership, strategic planning, forecasting and new product launch
Streaming Media, Cable and Satellite Industry Subject Matter Expert - current with all market trends in the B2B and B2C Cable & Satellite Sectors
Proven experience successfully designing and implementing strategic business programs with best-in-class approaches using analytics and market research.
Strong experience launching new Cable & Satellite Services (streaming media) offerings and building programs from inception to highly profitable organizations.
Prior experience selling INTO the cable and Satellite industries as well as experience working and growing programs within a cable & Satellite service provider preferred
Ability to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities:
You will be joining a global organization as the VP of Cable & Satellite Solutions and Services Offering. You will be the initial hire within this organization and responsible for working directly with the EVP and Operations personnel of our global company to build out the strategy and offerings of this organization, including providing industry expertise, market strategy & research, product launch strategy and expertise, business development strategy & execution, Alliance and Partnership strategy, development, and execution, operations model growth strategy and execution, process improvement strategy, P&L, budgeting, and once initial objectives are met, team growth, including interviewing, hiring, and training new talent for success.
You will be responsible for our solution offerings being sold into the Cable & Satellite Industry. These offering partner up with new equipment that is hitting the market within the satellite and cable industries, as well as with service offerings that Satellite and Cable companies offer to Business and Consumer Customers. You will be involved in the product development and refinement process as well as Product launch. You will initially be an individual contributor, building out this practice and getting the strategy in place and then building a team to support the growth of this organization.
Where will the Selected Candidate Come from?
The person selected for this role will either be coming directly out of a Cable or Satellite Services Provider or a company that provides services directly to the Satellite and Cable industries (TWC, Comcast, DirecTV, Dish, Roku, FireTV, AppleTV, SiriusXM, BrightHouse, AT&T, Bellsouth Cable, Cox Cable, Charter, Fiostv, and the mid and small size companies as well. )
COMPENSATION:
$175 - 220K base salary
20% bonus
2x multipliers
MBOs

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
