Benefits Specialist - Account Manager
We are currently seeking a Part time Benefits Account Manager. In this role you must have a history of building strong relationships with customers that results in customer retention. You provide such excellent customer service that your customers are talk endlessly about you and your company. You are a team player who can show a track record of making and implementing processes that improves quality and customer loyalty.
You must have at least 2 years of benefits industry experience, knowledgeable of benefit plans and administrative procedures. You have an innate ability of explaining policy and coverage information, have held open enrollments, and made sure all benefits documents were accurate.
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Exceptional attention to detail- meticulous oriented detailed candidates only. Confident and proactive style with maturity and presence. Ability to work independently and show a very strong sense of initiative and intuition. Robust work ethic and ability to calmly handle the demands of the role. An expert communicator with the ability to communicate on all levels. Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible is essential. Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
You are proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point. Marketing, Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
