Sales Analyst

My name is Joseph and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Communications Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Norwood, MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Responsibilities:
Support Sales Management with all sales reporting requirements (shipments, depletions, Open Order report, among others) on a weekly basis.
Create and update Forecast tool for BPM meetings (monthly) for the Retail and the On-Trade business.
Compile, audit and administer monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Reports that measure key performance indicators (Stock, outlook vs. AOP)
Compile, review invoices versus depletions and retrospective discount used and help Finance to upload invoices for payment in the system.
Monitor customer stock by SKU and outlined opportunities
Analytical skills to provide recommendations on the business
Create executive sales presentations in PowerPoint for monthly review when needed.
Track sales changes monthly and ensure data is current in all reports.
