Sr. Roofing Sales

The Roofing Sales position requires selling roofing product lines / systems and generates new growth and profitability within an assigned geographical territory.
Responsibilities:
o Attending sales meetings and teleconferences.
o Prospecting via cold calls, emails, networking and referrals and maintaining sales call logs
o Setting sales appointments with key decision makers at prospective client companies.
o Establishing rapport and developing long-term business relationships with clients over the course of an extended sales cycle.
o Making sales presentations and partnering with clients to establish their needs.
o Presenting clients with the most appropriate solutions and assembling proposals and reports for clients.
o Submitting all contacts and documentation in a timely manner.
o Following up with clients on a periodic basis to ensure that their expectations are being met and to get referrals.
o Coordinating with service manager and sales supervisor to develop sales strategies and, when necessary, to close deals.
Requirements:
o BA/BS degree preferred
o Sales experience preferably in the roofing or commercial building products sales.
o 5 - 7 years outside sales experience building strong business relationships with key current and potential customers.
o Proven track record of producing significant profit driving sales growth.
o Business acumen.
o Basic financial skills for reporting functionality.
o Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
