Currently seeking a TPC to act in a sales support role transitioning and training new clients as they transfer from their previous system.
Position Purpose:
Work with our Executive Sales Reps in the conversion and training of new clients from their previous systems. Also responsible for ensuring new clients' start on time and are processed accurately and timely. Assist with all aspects of conversion from collecting data to training. Provide new customers with comprehensive product training during their transition.
What you will be doing:
o Train new B2B Clients on the technical aspects and functionality of system
o Help new clients transition
o Create and manage implementation timeline and project plan
o Work with new customers on site and via GoToMeeting to collect all the data required for the implementation process
Requirements:
o Must have 4-yr Bachelors' degree with good GPA( At least a 3.0+)
o Must be highly analytical, good in math and reasoning
o Must be an expert in Excel
o Must be currently working or within 60 days of last day
o Ideal candidate has between 2-8 yrs work experience post college
o Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
o Must be detail-oriented
o Demonstrate proficiency with computers, specifically in Excel and GoTo Meeting
o Professional appearance and demeanor
o Project management skills
o Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments both inside the company and with clients
o Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Compensation:
46K base salary 1st yr, bonus, $500 car allowance, 401k, and subsidized benefits package, just to start.
