We are in growth mode, currently expanding our distribution footprint launching our service offerings with partners across the globe and need strong team members to help us achieve our goals.
Our Billing Operations and Reconciliation Program is looking for a Senior Program Manager to have end-to-end ownership of billing launch mechanisms for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay functional areas.
This role will participate in operational deal reviews (e.
g.
, pricing and tax rates) and launches, and ensure invoicing and payment mechanisms are setup timely and accurately in accordance with billing requirements for each locale and/or deal.
This role will also develop billing SOPs and metrics, manage automation roadmap, and act as the team's operational interface for billing launch issues.
This role will require regular engagement and alignment with business development, finance, accounting, tax, finance operations, product/engineering teams, and external partners.
This role requires a self-directed innovator accustomed to working in new territory; a communicator able to influence and motivate stakeholders to action; and a problem solver who can drive immediate resolutions with a mind toward long-term scalability.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional organization and project management skills to manage a broad and detailed roadmap of projects, programs, and initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with the ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate risks to business and leadership.
The ideal candidate will also apply their expert knowledge of billing systems, technologies and functions to deliver solutions within schedule and budget constraints.

Key job responsibilitieso Participate in operational deal reviews and ensure deals are setup and launched correctlyo Partner with key counterparts on billing systems setup, testing and launcho Liaise with accounting, finance and tax teams on their invoicing and payment requirementso Drive billing automation roadmapo Assist the reconciliation team on inquiries and disputes related to pricing and tax setupo Develop billing launch SOPs and monitor defect injection through dashboards and reportso Identify, assess, track and mitigate risks at multiple levelso Proactively monitor program performance to identify, address and prevent potential issueso Address barriers through problem solving, communication and active coordination with stakeholderso Drive effective teamwork, communication collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
