We're actively looking for amazing people like you to join our team! The Project Manager is responsible for working with the Technology Leaders and teams in support of the CIO organization. They will work on Projects identified; manage project scope, quality, schedule and communication for individual projects. They will also assist with day-to-day organization and follow up on work in flight; including priority setting across the full body of work in collaboration with the CIO. Consistently uses standard tools and methodology. Key Responsibilities Proven track record of driving projects to successful completion to deliver the intended business value and outcome for internal and external customers Highly detail oriented yet always adaptable to the exciting and demanding environment that is Nextiva. Ability to identify gaps and needed tasks for projects across multiple teams Creates planning documents, project schedule, and updates project documentation and web site(s). Able to clearly articulate project requirements and identify steps necessary for success Manages project and other meeting preparation and execution with ability to effectively run meetings without supervision. Drafts agendas, minutes, and presentation materials. Facilitates sub-team meetings Ability to drive completion of tasks and projects within and outside the supported teams, with a focus on dependencies through a matrix environment Supports, facilitates and enhances communication between departments as needed Provides support for the management and control of projects. Drafts change requests, follows-up on open issues/risks and tracks individual task status. Ability to follow all established process, while providing input for potential improvement Helps complete the project closure tasks including lessons learned documentation; issues transition; and project document management. Maintains various project databases including, but not limited to, equipment, issues, schedules and requests Maintains standard project management tool documentation utilizing Jira/Confluence Expert experience with Agile development processes (stand-ups, scrum meetings, etc.) Willing to dive in and complete out of scope tasks if/when able and accept other duties as assigned Ability to accept direction and guidance from multiple superiors. Ability to prioritize work duties as needed to meet senior management needs Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate tasks, risks, and scope depth over multiple projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree, bonus would be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management or other technical discipline and/ or 3
year demonstrated success managing projects within the VoIP, UCaaS infrastructure and engineering space. And/or 3
year demonstrated success managing projects withing the Infrastructure, Networking and CISO space. And/or an acceptable combination of education and experience. PMP and/or Agile Scrum certification Knowledge in IT Systems Engineering, Product, Security, and Development landscapes pertaining to hardware, software, and network essentials. Ability to understand and communicate high-level and detailed concepts in both written and graphical forms. Ability to utilize standard tools (Office, Jira, Confluence, etc.) to facilitate quick ramp up for the position Requires ability to communicate and present to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management, across facilities and at various levels.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
