Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintain data infrastructure and ensuring proper system data architecture is in place to facilitate reporting Maintain clear process documents on all reports and agent-to-system interactions Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance. Making recommendations to improve overall marketing efforts Perform extensive research, benchmarking, and data analytics, help determine KPIs, and update dashboards as needed Identify gaps in tools and data, and work collaboratively to resolve Analyze call center data and report findings and trends to management Creation of capacity plans, staffing/FTE Forecasts Proactively assess and propose changes to internal processes to ensure optimum client success Work with multiple Executive level stakeholders across all functions of the business to provide critical business insight across all business functions Skills and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field 5
Years' experience in data management and data analytics 3
Years' experience with Google AdWords, CPC, UTM parameters, and marketing attribution 2
Years' experience working, analyzing, and optimizing integrated CCaaS systems. Thorough understanding of contact center operations. 2
Years' experience modeling workforce and staffing needs Knowledge of core digital marketing tactics Data visualization and dashboard creation within BI tools
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
