Responsibilities:
Builds strong business relationships with leadership team and collaborates to proactively identify gaps, propose solutions and implement changes with a focus on recruitment, retention and employee development Leads the roll out, facilitation and calibration of core HR initiatives including; Talent Assessments, Salary Review, 360 Reviews, Target Setting and Engagement Action Planning Leverages data and analytics to help drive insights and performance metrics Partners with clients to define and design optimal org structure Builds communication plans to support change management and various people initiative Provides guidance on local employment and labor law where applicable Partners with Talent Acquisition to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process for open positions within assigned client group Partners with Comp Execution to build and manage headcount budget for assigned client groups Responsible for evaluating and suggesting new or changes to existing HR-related plans, policies, procedures or processes Manages employee relations for assigned client groups Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field 7
years of progressive HR experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Knowledge of human resources including employee relations issues, performance management policies, talent acquisition, as well as basic employment and labor laws Skilled in dealing with conflicts, confrontations, and disagreements in a positive manner Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implement recommendations in support of goals
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
