Summary:
The receptionist's duties include offering administrative support at Brady's Good Hope facility. This person will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. This person will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a receptionist, this person should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the recruiter are delivering all facets of talent acquisition strategies for Brady corporate and IDS division in the US & Canada. This will be achieved through developing and executing national and local recruiting plans, employing advanced sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative talent engagement tactics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring Brady matches the best possible talent to open positions, both internally and externally. Position Duties and
Responsibilities:
Consult with hiring managers to present effective recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality candidates Proactively source and build candidate pipelines for key positions including software engineers, firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, technical disciplines, supply chain, marketing, and other corporate roles Fully maximize all available candidate recruitment channels:
LinkedIn, social media, employee referral program, job fairs, networking groups, etc. Provide best-in-class candidate experience through communication, relationship building, and execution of the recruitment process Participate at in-person recruiting events onsite, high schools, colleges, and local job fairs Create sourcing plans to attract a diverse slate of candidates. Post jobs to standard and niche job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree At least 7 years' experience in a staffing or corporate recruiting environment Experience with traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques Ability to deploy strategies with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools such as Indeed, ATS mining, and cold calling Manage salaried positions in a full-lifecycle recruiting environment Skilled at building relationships with candidates and managers to help drive positions to closure Ability to multi-task in a high volume fast-paced environment Results-driven mindset with a high focus on keeping commitments Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience using an Applicant tracking system (ATS), ADP, Taleo, Brass ring, etc. Familiarity with working in a selective recruitment organization Experience recruiting for salaried positions across a large organization Ability to research and present new sourcing options to a team of corporate recruiters Experience recruiting for technical positions (software & firmware engineers and IT) is a plus Prior experience managing vendor relationships is a plus Previous experience with using a Switchboard Experience working with Lucent Technologies telephone system is a plus Previous experience working in an ERP and/or CRM system is preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
