Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience with a concrete restoration contractor Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.
Successful background investigation.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record JOB DUTIES Schedule field manpower and set production goals before job start.
Manage all field staff internal and subs Manage all on site logistics, material deliveries , sub trades and equipment rentals Monitor production on all jobs to ensure budgets are met (or beat) daily.
Ensure all materials are properly specified and ordered for each job per plans Trouble shoot technical issues on site and come up with practical solutions Monitor quality through field inspections/customer feedback Schedule and complete all field inspections and punch list.
