Hyrbid/Remote - Florida Only
Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Analyst tracks the receipt of correspondence from investors or other industry partners requesting copy files and/or missing documentation.
Maintains accurate status of these requests within the internal database and in the permanent loan record (Encompass).
Communicates to the appropriate associates/departments as needed and perform follow up until the issue is closed or resolved.
Prepare the company response to any repurchase or indemnification request within established department deadlines.
Support the tasks of the Remedy & Resolution department.
Daily check of portals for new requests (Fannie/Freddie) Maintain status of all requests within the internal database Communicates promptly and follow up with those identified to facilitate a resolution Review for completeness and ship files upon request based on department deadlines Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
One year as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Technician At least 3 years mortgage lending experience Knowledge of mortgage terminology Pipeline management Thorough & details documentation Encompass experience
