We are a marine dealership selling luxury wakeboard boats and day yachts.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your marine, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Adviser who works well as a team player and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and scheduling, with exceptional communication skills.
They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
The Ideal candidate will ensure smooth experience for customers and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
You will be able to make the customer feel heard while still delivering the news that they need to hear.
Pay based on experience with unlimited growth potential The Service Writer will assist in a variety of ways including:
Creating service quotes and upselling items to customers Reading parts diagrams to help find correct part numbers for customers and technicians Ensuring parts are available for repair orders before the date the boat arrives Communicating what work needs to be done with Technicians Keeping the customer in the loop and well informed.
Handling warranty & part orders via email, or over the phone Following up with customers after their service There is a strong emphasis on being detail-oriented, prompt and self-motivated with the ability to follow up and see tasks to completion without constant supervision.
Requirements:
Great attention to detail Familiarity with the Marine industry Basic mechanical aptitude Excellent organizational skills Punctual Team player Willing to take initiative A thorough and methodical approach to your work Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and leadership skills Knowledge of MS Office Problem solver English is required, Spanish is a plus.
