As an Operations Director, you will be focused not only on the operations in your assigned market but also the business development as well.
You will create, manage, and execute business development strategies in South Florida.
Additionally, you will staff, train, and motivate an effective team to accomplish market objections in an efficient and timely manner.
This role will coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
Key components of this role involve ensuring a cost-effective plan for the completion of renovation projects and collaborating with staff to ensure accurate estimates and budgets for materials and labor.
This individual must have strong communication skills to be effective in this role.
The role is with a growing company that is also backed by a Private Equity firm.
Job Requirements:
Ability to Proactively identify prospects and cultivate relationships with customers Knowledgeable in regards to residential construction efforts, ability to inspect for work quality and timeliness Experience collaborating with project managers, procurement, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure regulations are met Firm understanding of processes involved in obtaining permits and licenses Budget monitoring and management Enforcement of safety practices and ability to educate on policies and procedures Ability to work under pressure Strong adaptability skillset Detail-oriented MUST HOLD CONTRACTORS LICENSE If you are interested in learning more about the company and this career opportunity as an Operations Director, apply today!
