Customer Service experience; and Experience with a helpdesk support or desktop support environment; and Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems; and Experience with Microsoft Office Productivity Software:
Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader & Professional; and Experience with troubleshooting issues within Microsoft Office; and Experience with Microsoft's Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC); and Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware issues; and Ability to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis; and Ability to climb a ladder and stoop to the floor to install cables; and Completion of a one year program of study from a vocational/technical school in an area of information technology can substitute for one year of the required experience.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via remote software and over the telephone.
May also provide assistance in the use of technology hardware and software, including printing, installations, office productivity software, electronic mail, networking, video conferencing and operating systems.
This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, support and upgrade of the 1800
computer systems within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, providing technical assistance to computer system users.
Development and implementation of future technology standards as they relate to software applications and PC hardware, including all peripheral devices all while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Reconfigure workstations for new and existing clients.
Work with other Help Desk team members to set up new clients, or change existing client's configuration of hardware and software.
Assists in establishing methods and procedures for use of the distributed computer systems including hardware, software, communications, and user training.
Installs and implements distributed computer systems hardware, software, and communications components including enhancements and upgrades.
Creates and modifies documentation for the distributed computer operating systems software, applications software, and the connectivity / installation with other computers, printers, and other peripheral equipment.
Monitors the use of software and hardware throughout the network and provides for on-going identification and resolution of user needs.
Conducts on-site systems reviews to evaluate user compliance to system standards and procedures.
Analyzes and resolves hardware, software and communications problems using diagnostic software and/or technical trouble shooting processes.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to build, maintain and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
Ability to work as liaison between customer, vendors and management.
Ability to Implement/install applications through Group Policy and SCCM.
Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with Windows Operating Systems.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot Apple devices.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot devices using a mobile device mangement solution.
Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
Ability to maintain yearly certifications for warranty work.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds, climb a ladder and stoop to the floor to install cables.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
