The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for reporting, analytics and administrative support related to our sales operations team under the direction of sales operations management.
Under the general supervision of the sales operations management team this individual will provide support on:
reporting requests, conducting analyses, assisting the field sales incentive compensation process, assisting with field sales requests, including but not limited to the documentation, delivery and management of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/
Responsibilities:
Assists in the execution of the monthly compensation plan.
Ensures timely exchange of monthly data among business partners, calculates eligibility, reviews and distributes reports and payments, fields inquiries from sales colleagues, and initiates data investigation and communicates resolution.
Develops sales operations policies and procedures.
Identify and execute ways to streamline reports and processes for the business Provides analysis to sales teams and management, with an ability to compile, assess and communicate results of data in both a detail and graphical format, including the ability to present results as required.
Generates ad-hoc reports under the direction of sales operations team Assists in managing the sales operations activities.
Other responsibilities may include:
Participates in project meetings with the team members and other stakeholders.
Advocates best practices and recommendations.
Assists in the development and maintenance of software development lifecycle processes geared to evolving software quality objectives.
Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with all departments, understand their needs, and align processes in Salesforce.
Ability to solve business challenges with technical solutions, someone who is software savvy with the ability to use visual/workflow tools to render results in to a graphical format from varying data sources, including but not limited to Salesforce, raw data from external sources and/or SOQL queries.
Critical thinking skills, with an ability manage project work load and prioritize tasks with little supervision.
The ability work independently and proactively.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
Associate Degree in related field required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Three (3)
years including advanced reporting and basic administration.
Previous experience in Healthcare vertical highly preferred.
Previous knowledge of Healthcare applications a plus.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), with Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access.
