Procurement Analyst - Hybrid - Doral
Quick Apply Full-time 10 hours ago Full Job Description Position Summary The Analyst, Global (Corporate) Procurement will be highly skilled at using SAP ERP software to effectively execute the procurement process by meeting all the corporate policies and procedures and maintaining the highest level of detail quality.
Responsibilities:
Issue detailed purchase orders to all our suppliers globally and analyze patterns on PO/PR to improve data accuracy.
Provide company-wide training for the Procure-to-pay SOP, while also providing SAP S/4 Hana system technical support Assist Corporate Procurement Management with the implementation of new sourcing initiatives and developing data and other required information for supplier discussions.
Review contracts for vendors to setup framework PO as well as payment schedules, to ensure no amendments are needed.
Generate customized reports at the request of department heads and management.
Work with business stakeholders to effectively procure products and services required by the organization.
Keep track of our assets and ongoing projects while also keeping the organization within budget Provide first-rate service to our internal stakeholders.
Act as a subject matter expert in categories of responsibility.
Collaborate with operations to ensure commercial agreement and purchase order terms are being met.
Help develop system functionality solutions using SAP S4/HANA within procure-to-pay processes Tracking of project statuses.
Perform periodic analysis for assigned procurement portfolio.
Develop and record training videos and guides to standardize and automate processes Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Associates degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) or 2
years of equivalent sourcing and procurement operations experience in indirect categories.
Experience, knowledge, and skills Ability to operate independently or as part of a team, as well as interact and build relationships with vendors, and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ability to adapt and work well with people in a constantly changing environment and gain credibility in areas beyond defined scope of work.
Ability to understand and manage complex operational detail and communicate this clearly based on audience (external partners and internal senior leadership).
Ability to process and analyze data, and produce related reports Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills SAP hands on experience and/or ERP systems Proficient in MS Office applications Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
