Only candidates with Plaintiff's prior personal injury experience will be considered for this position.
Candidates must be capable of the following:
Managing plaintiff's personal injury cases from initial client intake through trial Opening and closing personal injury files Communicating with clients and working with pre-suit department.
Conducting basic liability investigation Identifying potential defendants and obtaining insurance coverage documentation Gathering medical bills, records, and insurance liens Managing client relations through pre-suit medical treatment Updating medical bills and records and data entry into firm data base Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and understand medical records Negotiating medical bills and liens Competency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe and case management software Professional appearance and a positive attitude Job Type:
