Quick Apply Full-time 6 hours ago Full Job Description The position will have the overall responsibility for overseeing, developing and executing the preventive maintenance program of the facility and equipment for his/her assigned area.
The Restaurant Repair Technician will perform, oversee, and train the restaurant personnel on cleaning processes and proper equipment care and maintenance.
The Restaurant Maintenance Representative be energetic, have a hands-on approach and be skillful with the routine maintenance, repair, and cleaning of equipment and with the restaurant processes and procedures.
Must have people skills, be a good communicator and have an internal customer service approach.
This position requires a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, eventually delegate and follow-up.
Has to have time and schedule flexibility and understand the availability on different days (including weekends) and schedules (including nights will be required.
The Restaurant Repair Technician should drive restaurant excellence by building positive and effective relationships through mutual trust and respect.
In addition, this role is to uphold the standards and reputation of the Campero brand while enhancing restaurant personnel and guest satisfaction as well as working towards a profitable operation.
