Quick Apply Full-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Job Summary Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately preparing and responsibly serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Follows standard recipes, mixes ingredients, and prepares cocktails and other drinks.
Offers and serves food items to guests, collects payment for drinks served and maintains bar area clean, sanitary, and organized.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Check with customer that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Collect payments from customer.
Write patron's food & beverages and enter orders to the computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
Prepared checks that itemized and total meal costs and sales taxes.
Check patron's identification to ensure that they meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Serve food and beverages to patrons, and prepared or serve specialty dishes and drinks at tables/counter at required.
Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menus items either food/ drinks, wine or beverages and make recommendation upon request Clean tables/counter after patron has finished dinning.
Prepared hot/cold or mixed drinks for patrons, and chill bottle of wine/water.
Roll silverware, set up food and bar station and set up dining areas to prepare for the next shift or large parties.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Stock services areas with supplies such as coffee, beverages, liquors Explain how various menus items are prepared describing ingredients and cooking/mixed methods.
Prepared for meal counter/tables including setting up items such silverware, glasses, napkins.
Removed dishes and glasses from counter/tables, wash glasses on dishwasher machine located at bar station.
Perform cleaning duties, tiding up bar station.
Bring wine selection to filled by the glass.
Prepare, garnish and serve drinks to customers.
Describe and recommend wine and drinks to customers Check and fill liquors bottles and beer bottles/kegs Prepared fruits for sangrias stock counting on liquors/wine bottles make sure everything is clean and polish before shift started.

They must be able to work well as a team with server and kitchen staff to ensure that customers receive prompt service.
