Job Description Turner & Townsend Real Estate team is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our growing and fun team in Miami, FL.
Our ideal candidate:
A minimum of 4 years in project level scheduling for large capital or real estate projects Experience in scheduling / project controls Strong experience in forecasting construction durations and logic, including the durations for design, pre-construction, heavy construction, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience of working on Design-Build projects Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare and/or analyze program and project level schedules.
Independently generate schedules based on an evaluation of the overall program/project scope, including generating quantities, schedule duration, and logic.
Prepare and/or analyze overall project resource and cost allocations.
Assist the project staff with the management of projects risk, budget, and schedule.
Assist with analysis, and report on the project key performance metrics.
Follow appropriate internal control safeguards to ensure consistent reporting of accurate information.
Prepare monthly and as-required schedule analysis reports.
Prepare and/or analyze time-impact analysis reports.
Evaluate contractor delay claims.
Must understand construction means and methods.
Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
4-7 years of Primavera P6 construction scheduling experience is mandatory.
eBuilder experience is mandatory.
Experience with Florida commercial real estate construction is mandatory.
Must be able to work hybridly.
PSP, or similar certifications preferred.
