Support the Founders with daily administrative tasks Work in support of HR and Senior Leadership on a daily basis Sit at the reception desk and greet employees in a professional and friendly manner Stock office supplies, set up breakfasts and lunches and ensure the office is always stocked Coordinate office events, meetings and calendars Make travel, meeting, and other arrangements Light event planning for executive meetings including food, beverage and venue selection and coordination Prepare, print and distribute documents for presentations and meetings Interface with team members in support of leadership calendar constraints Coordinate with outside office vendors as necessary Other ad hoc duties as needed What You Have 4 year degree preferred 3
years experience in an administrative role in a professional environment Proficiency in MS office Ability to communicate professionally to all levels of management both internally and externally and adapt to changing priorities Ability to learn new software applications as appropriate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Energetic personality with strong initiative Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work The Benefits of Working for Fora Financial:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
