Job Summary The Litigation Technology Support Specialist role works side-by-side with attorneys in the Litigation Department by assisting in all trial preparation technology demands.
Responsibilities and Duties Assist litigation attorney(s) with the preparation of evidence for trial and mediation Provide technical support to attorneys and litigation assistants throughout the life of the case(s) Create graphics, demonstratives, and multimedia presentations Transport and set up courtroom equipment Additional administrative duties will be assigned as needed Qualifications and Skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be goal oriented.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks.
Highly experienced with various video formats, graphic software, PowerPoint, Trial Director, and TrialPad.
Able to travel to various cities throughout Florida or other areas.
Great attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with computers and able to learn new software.
