Ricoma International is a global leader in the fashion and technology space, specializing in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and distribution of commercial embroidery machines and other apparel decoration products.
Ricoma is looking for an individual to assist customers and our technicians in finding the right parts for their apparel machine, contribute to inventory control, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, checking for accuracy and damages Audit receiving to ensure all products are received accurately Enter bills to the system accurately and timely Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely receive of orders/containers Track and coordinate container deliveries to ensure timely arrival of products Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve discrepancies Prepare inventory reports and analysis for management Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Other assigned taskes Requirements:
Proven experience as an inventory specialist or similar role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve discrepancies Ability to work independently and in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree preferred Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$40,000.
