Job Summary The Events Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Director.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of all Marketing events and sponsorships for the firm.
The role is primarily outside of the office, with constant travel to various locations.
Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate must be able to be flexible with their availability.
This position may require you to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
willing to travel to various locations throughout the State of Florida.
This is an hourly role, eligible for overtime.
Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate, attend, and oversee all marketing events.
Organize all logistic details for each event.
Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of marketing promotional merchandise.
Responsible for the upkeep of our various marketing supply store units.
Responsible for reviewing, approving, and processing all event invoices.
Drive firm's 25ft RV.
Qualifications and Skills Must have a clean driving record.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Comfortable working with computers, and able to adapt and learn the firm's internal software platforms.
Able to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
