Prior Work
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years experience on architecture assistants and account payable.
Post Entry Training:
Permit applications Miami Dade County Self Service Portal City of Doral Web Portal Microsoft office ( Excel, Outlook, Word) Language Proficiency:
Fluent ( Writing, speaking and reading) English and Spanish is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communications Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of the local permitting process and construction delivery method and agreements A/A Billing Forms Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage and Direct day to day coordination of project delivery's Delegate and overseas responsibilities to team members of assign projects Direct daily subcontractor communication.
Construction administration(managing RfI's, Submittal's, Co's, Etc) Review and drawing for completeness and best practices Review and assess consulting scheduling and agreements( construction, design) Conduct Periodic site visits to monitor construction, review contractors.
requisitions for payment and recommend the release of construction funds.
Accounts payables Maintain a high level of vendor contact and communications.
