Positions are remote and require applicants to work from home or another quiet, work friendly environment.
Applicants must possess their own computer with fast internet connectivity.
KEY JOB DUTIES:
Handle inbound customer support inquiries via chat, email, and phone Assist customers with order modifications, order placement, delivery trouble-shooting, and other potential customer issues Maintain strong satisfaction, productivity, and QA scores Work with a variety of browser-based software tools including Zendesk, Microsoft Office and internal wine.

Qualifications:
Customer-oriented and friendly with a supportive presence and a problem-solving mindset Strong verbal and communication skills Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality a plus Ability to work well with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of call center technology with proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Solid data entry and typing skills (preferably 35 words per minute) A positive, can do attitude Must have access to a laptop or desktop computer with fast internet connectivity Knowledge and enjoyment of wine a plus POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This non-exempt position offers part time shift which will include weekend hours.
Working hours will be scheduled between 8 a.
m.
and 8 p.
m.
(EST).
During the non-holiday season, part time hours will typically consist of 15-25 hours per week.
Applicants must be available for at least 12 hours between Monday - Friday, 6 a.
m.
- 5 p.
m.
PST, or 20 hours total per week during our operating hours.
During the holiday season which begins in late November through mid-January, hours may be expanded to 40
hours per week.
