The Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assit in the daily administrative tasks of the company including phone calls, emails, scheduling etc.
Perform general office support activities including:
filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
Manage social media accounts.
Maintain all invoices for the company.
Assist with other projects as needed.
Assist Human Resources and in the hiring process.
Run errands as directed.
Maintain a weekly to-do list.

Part-time Pay:
$16.
00 - $22.
00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
