Bitstop is the world's first and largest private label Bitcoin ATM software platforms.
We are the fastest growing Bitcoin ATM software company and we are looking to grow our Compliance team.
Duties of a Regulatory Compliance Associate Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation Revising procedures, reports etc.
periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues Working closely with the compliance director and other senior executives Designing and coordinating the preparation and ongoing review of policies, procedures, training materials and other communication tools to ensure departments meet compliance requirements Coordinating regulatory exams and internal business unit audits Reviewing and assessing potential fraud activity and developing fraud detection tools Develop and manage a transaction monitoring program Filing regulatory reports and other documentation to state regulators Coordinating rollout and training of new or updated policies and directives when required Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously Support the CCO in the ongoing implementation of the Compliance program Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in a regulatory compliance support capacity or similar role In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities Crypto experience preferred Excellent communication skills Understanding and application of MTL licensing requirements and working knowledge of NMLS Ability to get results, solutions oriented, through a strong sense of controls in changing and ambiguous situations.
