Job Description Drivers are the face of EcuaMia Flowers with customers and help preserve the good reputation we have in the industry of outstanding customer service and high-quality products.
Our customers need to receive the right product, in the right place at the righttime and this is the main target of this position.
Job Responsibilities As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to accomplish the stablished goals, including:
Manage a delivery route from Miami to Palm Beach.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
Print invoices and delivery sheet.
Hand in invoices to customers with each delivery.
Have the delivery sheet signed when customer receive their delivery.
Collect customer payments.
Load, unload, prepare and operate delivery vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service.
Communicate any requirement or observation from customers to direct supervisor.
Verify that delivery van continuously maintains proper temperature.
Requirements Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Energy, positive attitude and the need to satisfy customers.
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record.
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
Ability to walk, drive and lift and carry boxes from 1 lbs.
to 50 lbs.
Schedule Monday and Tuesday.
