Job Description Quality Analysis Manager Doral, FL QA Manager shall provide leadership and management to the quality assurance testing and analysis activities.
Ensure products/services meet quality and reliability requirements.
Lead regular meetings.
Recruit, train, coach, supervise and evaluate quality analyst staff according to availabilities and requirements.
Role/
Responsibilities:
First-level manager responsible for managing the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.
Manages the quality analysis process and provides leadership to supervisors to ensure the external and internal requirements are met before the products/services are delivered.
Manages the testing status and provides second-level management with regular updates.
Manages and mitigates issues with advanced solutions for minimal business impact.
Lead regular meetings to cultivate effective working relationships between cross-functional groups for the development of action plans to address quality issues.
Manages the quality assurance trainings and ensures trainings meet quality requirements.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent technical training and experience.
Required
Experience:
5
years of related experience Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge and experience implementing a variety of quality management systems/capabilities from established frameworks, examples which are ISO 9001, CMMI, Six Sigma, etc Security Clearance Level:
DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Critical thinking, problem solving, verbal and written communications; ability to lead and work within a team, ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications and/or training with quality management systems.
Location:
On Customer Site.
(NOTE:
Position requires person to work on site, therefore must be local to area or willing to self relocate.
(This is NOT a Remote or Work from Home role)) US Security Clearance/Citizenship Required.
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.
