Job Description Resource Manager Doral, FL ON SITE ROLE SCITES is a GDIT/SOUTHCOM program with 350
labor positions across several work centers and functions.
SCITES manages in excess of 50 projects which require consistent matrixing of technical resources.
Resource Manager will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing contract resources.

Summary:
The Resource Manager collaborates with the Program Manager, Line Managers, and Project Managers to supports successful allocation of human resources with consideration of program budgets to meet program objectives.
Responsibilities Include:
The Resource manager collaborates with the Program Manager, Line Managers, and Project Managers to supports successful allocation of human resources with consideration of program budgets to meet program objectives by:
Maintaining the currency, relevancy, and accuracy of the Program Staffing Plan Coordinating with finance to conduct assess resource concerns with respect to budget allocation.
Assist with prioritization of resource allocations.
Manage the candidate lifecycle process.
Collaborates and works closely with other functions to include Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Human Resources and Finance Validate and maintain candidate qualifications and training records.
Conduct collaboration sessions with program and project managers.
Developing and documenting processes Perform data analytics (staffing baseline/levels, retention/attrition, trends).
Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work/projects.
Works with multiple business units (HR, Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Service Lines and IT) to identify areas for improvement within resource management and develop action plans to implement positive process change.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Resource Management, or related field Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups and complex formulas Must have strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups and complex formulas Must have strong technology skills, must be able to learn new systems quickly Minimum 5 years' experience performing related tasks.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance in a relatively short period of time.
Must be able to work both independently and within the PMO Team.
US Citizenship Position requires person to work on site, therefore must be local to area or willing to self relocate.
