Corporate Office Overview The Compliance Coordinator will support the compliance program, assist in an array of projects to implement Company policies and procedures, Federal and state guidelines.
The ideal candidate for this job will be a team player, an avid multi-tasker, have traveling flexibility and possess strong organization.
Key Duties &
Responsibilities:
Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with Federal and state laws for best practices.
Reviewing all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance.
Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and phone skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in risk management, compliance, business administration or related field, preferred, but not required.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance role, experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Applicable Compliance professional certifications is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
Ability to commute to South and Central Florida worksite locations.
Valid Florida Driver's license.
