Position Summary The Performance Outcomes Analyst is responsible for data exploration and preparation, data analysis, and report preparation for HCN's value based initiatives.
Position Responsibilities Generate financial and quality reports for value based service initiatives Identify, extract, clean, transform, validate, and/or model data across multiple domains Interpret financial, quality and population health data and advise on strategies to drive performance improvement Prepare ad hoc reports as required or upon request, summarizing data from disparate sources (claims, EHR, etc.
) Assists with development of customized reports that will target actionable opportunities for enhanced center performance Assists in documentation of workflows, policies, procedures, processes, report specifications and other material, as needed Keeps abreast of technological system changes and innovations by maintaining a knowledge base consisting of release notes, system manuals & software enhancements Assists with ongoing report validation to ensure highest level of accuracy Collaborates with team members on projects, as needed Performs all other duties as assigned or required Skills.
Abilities and Requirements Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming; proficient with BI visualization tools, experience writing queries in SQL.
Ability to generate and extract data from source systems required.
Ability to understand and work with complex data sets required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and prioritization skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team Highly developed problem solving and deductive reasoning skills Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work well independently Health Choice Network is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and complies with all federal and state laws, regulations and executive orders regarding affirmative action requirements in all programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
