Preferred Estimating Scopes:
Structural Shell Tasks:
Quantity take-offs and bid submission with all required bid documents Negotiate contract pricing and terms Create materials and labor estimate takeoffs Quantify our scope of work using On-Screen Takeoff software Prepare estimates, submit bid proposals, and forward budgets to accounting on awarded jobs.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook Develop and maintain excellent relationships with subs and suppliers.
Maintain standard materials price list.
Qualifications Minimum 5 years structural shell estimating experience.
Working knowledge of contract documents.
Must be proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
