Full-Time Nanny for Teenagers

Children are all girls and ages 14, 12, and 10.
They are involved with sports and academics, and seek a candidate who is fun, can provide a calm energy, and likes working with older children/teens.
While experience with childcare is key, the role will entail about 75% house management and 25% childcare duties.
The family needs flexibility from 7:
30am through 7:
30pm but total hour each week are 35.
Most days will consist of dropping the children off at their respective schools and then assisting with house management tasks for a few hours before after-school pick-up.
While the family would like a nanny who is flexible with handling different tasks, some house management duties that are needed are:
dry-cleaning pick-up, meal prep, grocery shopping, laundry, errands, and pet care (the family has a golden doodle).

The family is seeking a long-term fit and would prioritize a candidate interested in working with their family for a year or longer.
A car is required for the job, but the family will reimburse mileage and wear/tear.
