Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests Interface with PEO (Paychex) on HR, payroll, benefits, and 401K matters Perform background checks on all employees Documents organization Organize and create job descriptions Work with managers to identify recruitment strategies Lead the hiring and on-boarding process for incoming employees Assist with performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity Perform payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Conduct exit interviews; reports on trends and recommends remedial actions.
Manage assigned projects within budget and by deadline.
Support other assigned functions.
