We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Clinical Therapy / Mental Health Department.

Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
License Clinician (LMHC-LMFT-CSW) must have supervisor certification.
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, etc.
).
Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical therapy or mental health setting, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership, direction, and supervision to the Clinical Therapy / Mental Health Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services.
Develop and implement clinical programs and strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of clinical staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, licensing standards, and best practices in clinical therapy and mental health.
Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to develop and maintain effective partnerships, promoting integrated care and optimal client outcomes.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of clinical staff.
Stay current with the latest advancements and research in the field of mental health, incorporating evidence-based practices into the department's operations.
Monitor departmental budget, allocate resources efficiently, and contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
