HR Operations Associate

Our client, an established and growing global private equity firm with exceptional leadership is seeking a skilled HR Operations Associate to join their Miami office (Brickell).
Rounding out their small HR team, this individual will enjoy a varied role pivoting between onboarding, orientation, HR data collection and management, benefits administration, special projects, payroll support (not processing).
You'll be an integral part of their small Miami office while interfacing across the US and globally with other main locations.
Reporting into an incredible Head of HR based in NYC, and working closely with a lead HR Partner, the sky's the limit in terms of what you can achieve within this dynamic growth opportunity.
Our client is seeking:
At least 5 years of relevant HR operational experience, onboarding, strong excel and data orientation A solid command of basic benefits and payroll practices will also be ideal The position requires 3-4 days in their Brickell based office and offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
