Do you thrive in a customer-oriented environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team as a part time Theater Facilities Associate (flexible working hours).
As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our theater.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside a diverse team of staff members, including cleaning and maintenance Ensure the proper maintenance of basic facilities such as water and heating systems, changing air filter on AC units to ensure optimal functionality Ensure compliance with government regulations, as well as environmental, health, and security standards.
Set Up and Strike the theater and work spaces as needed Bilingual abilities in both English and Spanish would be advantageous
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred Strong time management skills and an ability to work effectively with the public are essential Demonstrated self-direction, conscientiousness, punctuality, and reliability Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in stressful or time-sensitive situations Compensation:
