HR Process Manager
Our client is looking for a strong HR Process Improvement Manager to join their team in Miami, FL.
They will be supporting the departments operational goals in a high-impact and high-visibility capacity relating to processes including organizational and personnel data management, workflows for approvals, and other workforce initiatives and issues.
The candidate will be focused on analyzing the current processes across the entire organization, and providing insights as the which processes should be eliminated or improved, and developing a strategy to do so, in order to automate and streamline their operations.
The HR Process Manager should have project management experience within an Agile environment and be familiar with the Workday HRMS system.
The ideal candidate with be able to communicate effectively with all functions of the business, be highly organized, and be able to come into a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running.
- SHRM-CP/SCP - Six Sigma- Green Belt - Analytical experience in PowerBI - Payroll or Compensation process experience- 5
years of experience within process improvement - Bachelor's degree in Business or Industrial Engineering - Agile experience - Experience with HRIS/HRMS software (Ideally Workday) Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Automation Business Process Improvement Communication Coordinating Data Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
